Our Spa Policies
Cleanliness Promise:
- For the health and safety of all our guests, our employees are fully vaccinated and are screened daily. Our employees will also keep their masks on at all times, and every treatment room is thoroughly disinfected between guests.
Cancellation Promise:
- No Shows, defined by an unexcused absence or no communication/attempt made to cancel appointment(s), are charged 100% of service(s).
- Late Cancellation (spa team was notified within a 24-hr time window) is charged 50%.
- If a valid reason for cancellation is provided and all appointments are rescheduled, the charge can be waived.
- If a valid reason is provided within the 24-hr time frame, but not rescheduled a 50% appointment fee is charged.
